Muy buen monitor de 144Hz con 1ms de respuesta.

En materiales se siente de calidad, el soporte y la base se instalan sin problemas, ambos son estables ya montados, no tiemblan ni tampoco vibran. La pantalla es excelente en construcción, tiene una curvatura 1800R con un marco bastante fino te da una visualización bastante buena ya encendida y en conjunto con las franjas rojas que se encuentran por todo el monitor le dan ese toque "Gamer".

Su resolución es 1080p a 27", la densidad de píxeles no es igual vs 24" o 27" en 1440p pero tampoco es que sea mala o se vea mal, en términos generales se aprecian los elementos en pantalla correctamente, aunque si ya has probado antes algún 1440p a 27" lógicamente sí notarás el cambio.

Ya en el uso detalles como el Bleeding lo tiene bien controlado, como es de esperar en un panel VA con mayor contraste los negros son más profundos y por ende tienes una mejor experiencia en dicho color. De Stock la pantalla viene descalibrada en colores, la verdad no son los mejores pero ya que el menú del monitor es bastante completo "uno o dos ajustes aquí y allá" harán quedar el monitor excelente en imágen.

Los 144Hz funcionan de maravilla combinado con el 1ms de respuesta cualquier juego que ejecutes se desempeñará excelente, eso claro, siempre y cuando tengas una GPU que pueda mover esos Hz, de otro modo aquí viene la otra parte y que también es un Plus bastante bueno, es 100% compatible con el Adaptive Sync de Nvidia en FreeSync usando los últimos Drivers, lamentablemente sólo funciona en Windows 10 esa característica, yo soy usuario de 8.1 y bueno, me tocó instalar en otra partición sólo para probarla, pero ya en juegos la verdad es que uf.. dentro del rango de 48/144Hz que funciona el FreeSync notarás una imagen más fluida, sin cortes y más estable, por si alguien tenía la duda al respecto de compatibilidad :)

En términos generales es un muy buen monitor, también cuenta con ajuste de altura y rotación lateral, no puedes manipularlo hacia abajo como en modo ventana y creo también es compatible con una montura VESA.

Le pongo 4 estrellas ya que a pesar de todo lamentablemente llegó con un pixel atascado justo en medio de la pantalla que se nota mucho en fondos negros y azules, me veo en la situación de aplicar una devolución pero cuando tenga nuevamente el crédito lo volveré a adquirir esperando que la prox. vez sí llegue bien.

Out of the box! Back light bleed!, for me its in the form of Batman's Logo xD!

Past gaming experience: i've never had a gaming monitor before, I was using a LG TV Flat screen 1080i my whole gaming and video editing career .:,D, but this week since then, this curved monitor from AOC has made my gaming and editing of any kind a breeze and far more then i have expected for a first time user of these 144Hz monitors.

As for the size and curve, i made a promising investment.

Minor bugs: Back light bleed shows more in dark scenes or black screens, but goes away when a small amount of bright light from scenes of movies or games comes along.

The screen will flicker upon light transitions in certain games or moves, Mostly in Games since light is more refined and consistent, or better meaning the monitor flickers when adjusting to lower light out-put from games which i think causes the flickers as it adjusts for lower lighting to give a better visual.

The body and frame of the monitor however is a new feel for me, just gotta not touch the screen and force the up and down tilt so much, handle it well, it may last longer for you .:b.

4 Stars for its durability and on board Settings for a light to mid gamer, and low cost.

last thing, less problems when used in a dim lit room or dim lights in the back of this thing.

Update)... It was my GPU that was causing the flickers when the change of day to night would happen... Faulty port, so i switched D-Port to one of my other ones and the flicker went away .:,D.

Amazing monitor for the price, i came from using an IPS display though, and when you compare side by side the IPS is definatly more "accurate" for a lack of words, I've played with every OSD setting on this monitor but can't get it to replicate the accuracy of my old IPS display (which again is to be expected, its a VA panel) i.e. facebook is a darker navy blue colo, on this monitor it shows up as more of a baby blue colour.

There is a slightly noticable amount of blacklight bleed in some corners of this mornitor, not enough for me to go through the trouble of replacing it (as it could get worse in the replacement, who knows?) but in games like Tomb Raider where a majority of the game is in dark caves it takes a littlebit away from the immerson/clairity experience when parts off the monitor are brighter than others, where it should be pitc back, its more of a dark grey

the 1440p 144hz experience coupled with 32" is absolutley amazing. I paid $488 at the time, the monitor semed to creep into the low $500's right now (aug 2019)

El monitor trae entrada hdmi, displayport y vga, trae una salida de audio 3.5mm para conectar unos headset o bocinas ya que el monitor no trae bocinas, en la caja incluye cable hdmi 2.0 y displayport, con estos se alcanzan los 144hz, la base que trae puede ajustar la altura del monitor pero no se puede girar el monitor, aunque no creo que sea buena idea girarlo ya que es curvo, los marcos del monitor son muy delgados para acomodar mas monitores y que no se vean tanto los marcos, es bueno para jugar, tiene varios ajustes predeterminados en la visualización de la imagen

For the price compared to many other 1440p 144hz monitors this is a great deal. There’s very little input lag and the screen feels extremely responsive. The brightness of the screen is alright as it’s more than enough in a normal room but in sunlight it looks pretty dim (220nits). Only downside is the viewing angles fall off very quickly so if u aren’t sitting exactly centered to the monitor the picture looks terrible as theres colour shifts on the curved parts of the display.

El envío llegó muy rápido a pesar de ser importado.

El monitor se siente sólido, desde sacarlo de su caja te topas con un panel qué, si vienes de 24 pulgas o menos, verás enorme.
El ensamble de su base es muy sencillo, colocas el soporte en el espacio trasero del monitor (que tiene soporte vesa por si quieres utilizar otro tipo de soporte a pared), enroscas el tornillo de la base y listo. Tienes un monitor ya con base (gira a los lados, sube y baja para ajustar altura y tiene un leve ajuste de inclinación).

Conectas su cable de corriente (incluido), conectas a tu computadora o consola a través de cable HDMI o DP (incluidos ambos), enciendes, y LISTO!

Es FHD, por lo que si tienes el monitor muy cerca podrás ver que los pixeles pueden notarse mucho, pero es normal. (Puedes irte por un 2K, pero si no tienes el hardware suficiente para levantar más de 144fps en los juegos, de muy poco te serviría un monitor con una taza de refresco de 144hz).

Los colores son buenos, por ser un panel IPS te da una mejor gama de colores, unos cuantos ajustes aquí y allá para adaptarlo y todos listo.

Trae opción de HDR, eso no lo había leído en las especificaciones. Sin embargo, activarla te quita la opción de juego. Cuenta con 3 opciones preconfiguradas de "juego" y otras tres configurables por el usuario (dónde puedes activar el G-sync, la compensación de sombras, cantidad de color, brillo, etc.)

Los contras:
- Los botones del menú son, de inicio, incomodos, ya que son chiquitos, PERO PUEDES DESCARGAR AOC G-MENU y asunto resuelto.
- El mío llegó con un pixel muerto, que sólo se ve en fondos oscuros, pensé en devolverlo, pero, a reserva que surgieran fallas mayores, no le veo sentido a regresar por un pixel que sólo se nota en imagen oscura y estática. ¿Quién usará un monitor gamer de 144hz para imágenes estáticas?. Aún así, hubiera sido perfecto tener el panel sin detalles, por eso solo 4 estrellas.
- En Agosto 2020 el precio fue el mismo que si hubiera comprado un panel VA de 24 pulgadas. Por esa razón considero que la falla del pixel no es significativa.

It’s not bad for a monitor. Although there is a colour difference between my previous and new monitor, it’s not bad as a secondary display. Installation is not bad in my personal experience. The display does not curve too much which I like. The stand is quite sturdy. Would I recommend it for a person who is on a strict budget for a monitor? Yes and no. The reason is the monitor has a lot of ghosting compared to my previous monitor the Asus VG248QZ. That’s my only complaint that I have. I would love it if AOC could send me another one of this monitor so I can use it as full surround gaming LOL. Overall great product and would recommend for low budget friendly users who are looking for a solid monitor for gaming.

There is ghosting and it can be very prominent. The peak brightness is also low, so if your setup is in a sunlit room then it may be an issue for some.

Just remember that there are many variables when buying a monitor, other than refresh rate and resolution. Those are just the most important ones for many, and this delivers both, as expected with no issues. BUT, the price has to be lower for other reasons, and that's where the smaller variables come in. The ones that aren't shown in the specs. (ghosting, peak brightness, being the ones I've taken note of)

This monitor and monitor line has gained lots of attention from the tech enthusiasts for the same reason it got your attention- price. That means there's no shortage of in-depth reviews that are more qualified to talk about it in detail.

What do I think? If your PC has the power and specs to run crisp 1440p and 144hz, and you're looking for a sub 500$ monitor, then I would definitely look into this

Un monitor que cumple con creces su función. Excelente para juegos triple A, casuales, competitivos y multimedia en general. Si es tu primer monitor 144 hz te llevarás una grata sorpresa, por el precio te da sobradamente lo que necesitas. Es un monitor bastante estético y bien construido. Al ser un monitor 1080p sus entradas se quedan en HDMI 2.0 y DisplayPort 1.4. Muchos modos que te permiten elegir el que más te convenga dependiendo del uso que le darás. Buena altura y movilidad: se mueve de arriba a abajo, de izquierda a derecha y permite inclinar la pantalla.
Para jugar está excelente, he probado un varios juegos (Gears of War 5, Halo, Alien Isolation, Ori and the blind forest, etc) y me han brindado una excelente experiencia de juego.
Lo único malo que le pondría es que los negros que ofrece no son tan buenos, ya que si la usas con mucho brillo se pueden observar fugas de luz que hace que se vea como gris en ciertas partes.

Purchased for my son, he asked pops to recommend a decent monitor to him to upgrade over his 3 yr old Asus 24" VH245G 75hz free sync. Fist benefit is the increased screen size! The 1080p content is better on the AOC vs the ASUS even being 3" bigger in size the FHD is slightly crisper on the AOC which it should be as it is an IPS panel while the Asus is not. My suggestion to my son was to go with the AOC 1440p version of this monitor in 27" but the cost was too big a jump for him to want to pay, so we settled on the 27" FHD version. The height adjustable stand is good, allowing great adjustment. The colour accuracy is better than the Asus by alot, one is able to use it for productivity/schoolwork but is there better ? Yes but this is secondary. The 144hz for his PS5 gaming is just gaming goodness, no stutter screen tear it is just really fluid and there is good adjustability within the settings menu however the AOC version of accessing this menu is a bit old, dated and painful. Overall it was a solid buy, probably could have saved a bit waiting for BF but he wanted it now. Overall a solid option for $318cnd shipped
