For the price compared to many other 1440p 144hz monitors this is a great deal. There’s very little input lag and the screen feels extremely responsive. The brightness of the screen is alright as it’s more than enough in a normal room but in sunlight it looks pretty dim (220nits). Only downside is the viewing angles fall off very quickly so if u aren’t sitting exactly centered to the monitor the picture looks terrible as theres colour shifts on the curved parts of the display.

I am a gamer so it's very important to me to have working hardware. Although the HDMI works great the Display port does not. I even replaced the cable that came with it for one that can handle the 2k 144hz specs and I was still getting the same problem. The problem is when you are using the display port and start a game you'll notice flickering and a blank/black screen that lasts 1-2 seconds every few minutes...which is unacceptable to me.

Either this model's adaptive sync is not truly adaptive or they sent me a faulty monitor. I Give it a 1 star because I was mainly going to use it for gaming but have to return and replace with a better monitor.

lo compre para jugar en xbox series S, quedo perfecto ya que se puede ver y jugar perfectamente a 2K y a 120HZ explotando al maximo las cualidades de la consola, cabe mencionar que la configuracion de fabrica del monitor es mala, asi que si quieres tener la mejor calidad de imagen tendran que modificar un poco la calibracion de la imagen, en mi caso basto con ponerlo en modo de video: JUEGO, con eso y en GAMMA 1, tuve mas que suficiente para tener un excelente calidad de imagen y buena nitidez

There is ghosting and it can be very prominent. The peak brightness is also low, so if your setup is in a sunlit room then it may be an issue for some.

Just remember that there are many variables when buying a monitor, other than refresh rate and resolution. Those are just the most important ones for many, and this delivers both, as expected with no issues. BUT, the price has to be lower for other reasons, and that's where the smaller variables come in. The ones that aren't shown in the specs. (ghosting, peak brightness, being the ones I've taken note of)

This monitor and monitor line has gained lots of attention from the tech enthusiasts for the same reason it got your attention- price. That means there's no shortage of in-depth reviews that are more qualified to talk about it in detail.

What do I think? If your PC has the power and specs to run crisp 1440p and 144hz, and you're looking for a sub 500$ monitor, then I would definitely look into this

At the moment, it's hard to beat this monitor (1440p, 144hz) at this price point. The contrast is very good and the colors pop, which is expected from a VA panel. Blacks are excellent, it's definitely a step up from my second monitor which is a TN panel. It is slightly curved, but not very noticeable, you'll get used to it fast, I personally like the subtle curve a lot.

This is an excellent monitor for every day use and media consumption, thanks to the contrast.

For gaming, it's a solid choice. 1440p+144hz is in my opinion the best flavor of gaming, as 4K hasn't really caught on yet, and the difference between 60hz and 144hz is huge. I've not noticed any input lag (I have the monitor overdrive setting set to Strong), fast paced action in dark environments can get a bit 'smeary', but overall I enjoy this monitor a lot for the gaming I've done, and this coming from someone who previously used a lightning fast 240hz 1080p panel.

Para el precio que tiene, el producto es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo para uso casual/entusiasta.
No olvidemos que es un monitor sencillo con capacidades de un monitor de gama media/alta, la calidad es muy aceptable y un poco mas.
Construccion muy buena y el soporte es genial.
La imagen que da es de buena calidad
Brillo: es muy aceptable, no es para areas muy iluminadas, yo prefiero poca intensidad de luz asi que me queda perfecto
Tono de color y contraste: tanto la calidad de los colores como el contraste son fenomenales y ya tomando en cuenta el precio es aun mejor de lo esperado
Gaming: tiene capacidad para gaming profesional pero se debe ajustar y sacrifica algunas caracteristicas para ello. Mientras hay movimiento muy rapido y altos fps se percibe una leve caida de tonos y aumenta la saturacion de color rojo, en cuanto se deja de mover rapidamente la imagen, se recupera.
Recomiendo no usarlo con gpu de modelos anteriores a rtx, sufre un lag que apaga el monitor en ocasiones, imagino por temas de drivers

This is the best budget 1440p monitor I have ever used. There is no overclocking support and there is ghosting with whites on grey and blacks but nothing noticeable while gaming or watching/editing videos. The menus were a bit confusing but still bearable but the over all price to performance is stellar. I was a bit worried about the 250 nit display as I was coming from a 1080p 350nit but even in day with a thin blind over my window. I would really recommend this monitor to anyone on a budget looking for a nice gaming experience.

Si lo que buscas es un monitor 1440p a 144hz económico, no hay mejor opción. (alrededor de $6,000 MXN).

Claro que al ser un panel VA, debes primero conocer los pros y contra de ésta tecnología para que no te sorprendan. Lo recomendaría para uso gamer en general, ya sea en PC o con una consola como un Series S (en PS5 solo podrás jugar a 1080p). El alto contraste de este monitor hace que las escenas oscuras se vean increíbles, incluso mucho mejor que un panel IPS. Aunque el brillo máximo del monitor es considerado bajo (250 nits pico), si la habitación donde lo utilizas es oscura o lo usas mas de noche, en mi opinión es mas que suficiente para observar todos los detalles de la imagen, ya sean fotos, juegos o video. Al calibrar el color, el brillo lo deje solo al nivel 85. En una habitación con mucha luz natural, puede que no alcance la misma calidad de imagen.

Para jugar exclusivamente shooters (Warzone, CS:GO, etc.) yo recomendaría un monitor diferente. Mientras que el tiempo respuesta promedio es muy aceptable, los paneles VA tienen la particularidad de generar el efecto conocido como black crush, es decir, mientras que las áreas oscuras de una imagen estática lucen muy bien, si hay movimientos muy rápidos se tiende a perder todo el detalle de las zonas negras y se notara muy barrida.

Este efecto también se nota si utilizas un modo de navegación oscura. Por decir, en twitter con el fondo negro y el texto en blanco, si te desplazas de arriba a abajo con mucha velocidad, el barrido es muy notorio y se perderá todo el detalle (sólo durante el momento del desplazamiento. Si eres muy sensible a este efecto, puede ser molesto). El efecto se puede minimizar con las opciones mismas del monitor, ya sea cambiando la temperatura del color, activando el modo lectura o con la opción de Overdrive (que sirve para aumentar la velocidad de respuesta y reducir el ghosting) pero cabe recalcar que no elimina el efecto por completo, es simplemente una característica de los panel VA.

Puede que sufra de parpadeo (flickering) bajo algunas circunstancias, ya sea el juego, las características de tu PC ) en particular tarjetas de video Nvidia de las series 1XXX) o una variación muy alta en la tasa de refresco, pero en general yo no sufrí de ese problema. desactivar el Freesync/Gsync en estos juegos también puede ayudar.

Yo tuve que pedir un reembolso a Amazon por un defecto de fábrica, pero mientras lo utilicé la calidad de imagen fue muy buena. El menú para de opciones es un poco molesto de usar, pero hay una opción de software en el sitie de AOC.

En resumen, es una gran opción económica para uso general. El gran nivel de contraste, buena uniformidad y amplia gama de colores (con un poco de calibración) lo hacen muy competitivo con otros monitores mas caros. Además la base con ajuste de altura es mejor que casi todas las opciones en este rango de precio. Por lo contrario, si eres muy sensible a los efectos ghosting, black crush y smearing, o quieres un monitor exclusivamente para shooters definitivamente busca un monitor IPS ya que este no cubrirá tus necesidades.

Es mi primer monitor gamer a 144hz 1440p y de primeras impresiones todo perfecto, se ve increíble, muy nítido, sin embargo al cabo de dos días empezó a surgir un detalle algo molesto, cuando cargaba un juego o solo jugando la pantalla parpadeaba, cómo si tuviera lag, era bastante molesto, lo solucioné cambiando el cable DP por un HDMI sin embargo ya no tiene la opción de g-sync por lo cual ordené otro cable DP, si el problema resurge con ese cable y pierdo la posibilidad de activar g-sync le daré 3 estrellas.

"Actualización"
La funcion de G-Sync no sirve en modo compatibilidad, al activarlo la pantalla parpadea bastante mientras juego, es muy incómodo, como si el brillo bajara y subiera con mucha rapidez.
Le doy 3 estrellas porque en general es buen producto, los colores se ven preciosos, el panel no se distorsiona.
