Frequently jams in two-sided printing; has a slight yellowish whiteness.

Unlike other printer paper containing a fraction of recycled paper, the supposedly "99.99% jam-free" Great White 30 paper I received JAMS almost invariably during two sided printing (Samsung ML2850 laser), with the sheet jammed half way out after the page side flipping. The printer receives proper maintenance and cleaning of its rolling parts, and other brands of printer paper placed on its tray do not cause jamming. I sampled the three 500-sheet reams included in the box --which have the same batch code and sequential time stamps-- and sheets from all three reams cause the problem.

Further, rather than Great White ought to be called Great Yellowish White. The attached image compares one sheet of this product (left side) against one sheet of another brand of nearly the same price (Office 20 HP, right side) placed on a black surface, illuminated with light from a north-facing window slightly past noon -- the Hammermill sheet clearly looks more yellowish than the other sheet.

It appears at some point one of the reams was exposed to water, and it dried in a way that made many of the pages stick together (20+ pages at a time).
My printer is now broken because it tried to send through what it thought was one sheet, and 31 sheets were pulled through instead.
I've never had this issue with reamed paper before, ever. Especially boxed. I'm pretty pissed now I'll need a new printer, if you do buy, check EVERY single page in the ream for potential water damage that may cause pages to stick together.

Don't buy this if you print on both sides

This paper will curl like crazy if you print on both sides of paper. Complete disaster. I purchased a case and have never had a problem with any paper before. I have a HP laser printer (black and white) and if I print anything on both sides of paper it curls right up which causes a disaster for printouts larger than 2 pages...

I have no problem with the paper it is and always has been good quality. These new Prime delivery trucks that they have the drivers don't have a clue. Last night the driver left a whole box of paper and it got drenched in the snow storm instead of leaving it on a protected porch which he had to walk right by makes absolutely no sense just plain stupidity. I had to put my comment on a review since I could not find an apparent way to email Amazon directly about it

I needed legal size (8.5 x 14 inch) paper for the printer in my home office. I clicked on the link for Hammermill Great White 30% Recycled 20lb Copy Paper, 8.5 x 14, 1 Ream, 500 Sheets, Made in USA, Sustainably Sourced From American Family Tree Farms, 92 Bright, Acid Free, Printer Paper, 086704R. However, there is a flaw in Amazon's website. There are buttons on the page that allow a shopper to choose between purchasing 1 ream, 3 reams, 5 reams, or 10 reams of paper. However, if you click the 3 ream button or the 5 ream button, the size of the paper switches to letter (8.5 x 11 inch) without notice. Three reams of the wrong size paper arrived today. Looks like it's time to head to Stapples.
