These are exactly as advertised, but I was expecting them to be more like memory foam. I am 5' 11" and weigh 190 lbs. and I feel the hard floor under my feet when I am on these. Maybe if you only weighed 100 lbs. or less, they might help ease the stress of standing on hard floors for any period of time, but for me they don't do much to relieve any stress from standing while I'm on them.
While the size, quality, and durability seem great, I took off one star because the color isn't accurate to the description and photos shown. While I ordered the gray floor mats, what I received is more dusty brown/beige in appearance, which is not what I wanted. I'd hoped for a true gray as shown in the product photos. I'm keeping them because I need kitchen mats, I hadn't found anything else I liked, and I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning. Also, my husband threw away the packaging. Overall, I would absolutely recommend with the warning of the color difference.
Ordered green. Leaning more towards a real and the lighter area is more of a dusty robin's eggs (both of which I am happy with and hoped for). I purchased for my bad back and my many hours spent baking/decorating in the kitchen and couldn't really afford a professional grade mat, nor did I want a commercial ugly black or gray. Tou get what you pay for. Haven't spent much time on them yet, but for the "average" user they seem to serve their purpose for added comfort. It seems that I may have to double up when spending my many hours at the counter decorating, but since there are 2, all good. Lightweight and comfortable underfoot (even in bare feet- not "plasticky", but wipe up good.
These are very comfortable, and make standing at the sink/oven for long periods of time much more comfortable than the bare floor. My only complaint is they are advertised as non slip. Although they don't slip when standing on them, they do get pushed around very easily by my robot vacuum cleaner and I have to put them back in place every night when I come home from work. This may seem very obvious to some, but my girlfriend has a set of mats that are beveled and her vacuum cleaner rolls over them, and doesn't push them around. I'm going to try some rug grip to see if that will help keep them in place, but it would be nice if that wasn't necessary. Overall, very happy with them.
These are cushy I’m sure they will save on my back moving forward in life it is good to keep a nice posture and have cushion under your feet. Whenever a kernel of salt or anything falls on it you can fill it on your barefoot really easily so I am cleaning more often but it’s not hard to clean however it is more work. Do what you want with that information hopefully it will help you make your decision if I had to pay full price I would not buy the side them again too small not worth that money
Like the kitchen mat set very stylish goes with any decor (reason for the purchase) and it does have thicker cushion than I honestly expected. It does provide comfort and the price was fair. My only suggestion would be to make the longer piece wider to cover another 1-2 inches it’s too narrow as I move while I cook. The smaller one is actually the perfect width reason why the set does not look proportionate. Reason I have it an overall 4 rating.
I have a stone kitchen floor and my feet and ankles would kill me after cooking a medium size meal. The matts are more narrow than I expected but it worked out fine because this is for my vacation home so the kitchen is smaller than the one at home. If these Matts are going to be purchased for a large kitchen they will likely be to narrow. Otherwise they seem well made and I felt immediate comfort using them.
These are alright. They are heavy-ish material and don’t really slide around. But they are too skinny, not wide enough for the kitchen, and I already have stuff stained on them and I’ve tried scrubbing it off and it won’t come off…but the most incredibly irritating thing about these is that my feet stick to them! I’m rushing to cook dinner and I have clean pulling my feet off of them and it’s just a big no for me, even after trying to clean them. I don’t recommend
I believe you get your money's worth. I was disappointed the first time I tried it because my feet were already hurting and I didn't feel much of a difference when I was standing on them. As time went on, I noticed the difference when I don't use them. I even move them so I can use them when ironing. I'm on my feet all day so these mats give me enough energy to stand and cook my meal.
