To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
No idea why there are so many good reviews. Very disappointed in these. First off there isn't much cushion at all. My slippers have more. Second they are super narrow. If you have big kitchen, they look stupid small. And if you have larger feet you don't have a lot of room to stand. Third they constantly move out of place. Every time in kitchen I have to readjust. I should have spent more money and bought a couple larger, more cushion, better quality mats.
I was excited for these - even in my small kitchen, I find that standing at the sink or stove for too long makes my arthritis more painful in my legs and feet. These were cute (but thinner and cheaper looking than I expected) upon arrival, but they’ve only been on the floor for about 6 weeks and I’m literally going to throw them away. We don’t wear shoes in the house - but even with just been feet or slippers, these have chunks ripped out of them and the color is wearing unevenly. I would not recommend these to anyone and I regret not returning them immediately based on the flimsiness of them.
Surprised, extremely thin-no cushion, crack upon walking on, slide on a wood floor requiring a rubber under mat, gentle cleaners(even water) removes the design patten. Not recommend:prolonged standing, both slide-increase of falls, very strong toxic plastic smell-caution with skin contact-health issues, unusable in any traffic area’s-both have deep cracks just walking on a few days, shoeless. Definitely”Dollar Store” items not worth their cost, time in returns, & additional requirements. Directions at the top of this box persuades me, the consumer, to describe the purchased products as top quality, I cannot. I read the description, offered at a special discounted price, and what I received, first thought this was in error, both are the opposite of what was advertised. Profits will continue at costs to consumers with poor quality/quantity and I chose to honestly describe exactly what both items are. Kept the Costco mats that do help prevent leg fatigue & the above.
This product was so misleading and I was so disappointed when I took the mats out and saw they are half of the size of the picture that is shown. They had a terrible smell to them like burnt plastic which was so overwhelming. I had to put the mats in my trunk because the smell was physically upsetting my cats and my dog. When I got in my car the smell overpowered the car. So I did return these and I would never recommend these.
I messed up by not looking closely at the depth but 17.3 is VERY narrow for a floor mat. The length was what we needed but the picture makes them feel way larger than they really are. They are also very thin compared to almost any other floor mat I have ever owned and I should have looked closely at the thickness measurement.
The mats being delivered in a roll makes them very difficult to use at first and I wish they would find another way to ship it. Hopefully it will flatten out over time. The decorative material also looks all crumbled up and not smooth after unrolling.
Overall they look extremely cheap and I definitely would not recommend. I can't imagine these things lasting more than a couple months.
I never give 1 star ⭐️ reviews but these are completely not as expected. The pictures in the description are very misleading. These are less than 1-1/2’ wide. So if they slide under your cabinets to sit flush against the toe kick, you have about 1’ of width to stand on. I really should have measured against my old kitchen mat. These are completely useless, and I have a tiny kitchen. These look like something for a kids playhouse.
