I didn't add the Monitor Mount to the Desk yet. so let me review the desk first.
The Desk is very good: good quality, good design looking, easy operation (up and down), and very steady.
I took it out of the box, put on my table, and it's ready to be used, No screw nor any other assembly.
Very happy with the purchase.

My situation I feel is pretty standard:
2 x 24" monitors: ~10 lbs each
laptop and dock: 6 lbs
monitor mount: 15 lbs
That puts me about 6 lbs over and is currently forcing me to lift the surface with quit a bit of force instead simply depressing the handles and guiding it up. Since this is sitting on a desk, imagine lifting a 10 lbs child at arms lengths without being able to bring the child closer to you for leverage.
You can find lighter mounts, but even there, it'll be right at the 35 lbs limit and typically, those mounts are cheapo in design and quality.
The better decision would have been to put in the 45 lbs rated shocks they put into their bigger models.
Overall sturdiness is very good. Desk itself does not wobble and I'm not worried about it tipping over at all. However, the keyboard tray leaves a bit to be desired. The magnets that hold it out are very weak and the slider themselves are not that high quality so they move vertically when I put my hands on my keyboard a bit, but nothing huge. Using a full size keyboard leaves you no room for your mouse so you'll either be using the standing desktop or your desk's surface for mousing. If you use a small keyboard without directional or number pad, you'll have 6-7" of mousing space.
If considering the 32" model, I recommend going up in size to get the higher rated lift shocks and wider keyboard tray.

1. RETRACTABLE KEYBOARD = it moves horizontally toward and away from you, and can stop anywhere in the middle. This is honestly a HUGE reason I wanted a standing desk. I needed to bring my elbows closer toward my body. Not to be confused with "detachable" which means you can remove it all together.
2. CONTINUOUS or INFINITE NUMBER of possible heights. This makes it absolutely adjustable to whatever shoes you are wearing (or not) at any given moment. The EADR has this, while the starter ADR has only 5 specific heights it can stop at.
--> I also like the open surface below the stand where I can set things.
--> Assembly = take it out of the box and put it in your table, done. It's nice it comes with instructions/specifications, but there's absolutely nothing to do!
--> I do think I will buy a smaller keyboard so my keyboard and wireless mouse can sit side by side. Current corded keyboard is 17.5", will buy one that is closer to 12-14" in length/width.
Wish I was paid for this review, but really I'm just so thrilled to have it. Looking forward to no more neck pain while working at home!

I also don't put my keyboard on the lower tier as intended bc my desk is a little high (30.25"- it's a door suspended betw. 2 file cabs) and I have my keyboard on an under-desk drawer so that I don't have to reach too high for it. (years of computer use has been hard on my hands). I therefore am using the lower tier for my Wacom tablet while EADR is at its lowest, and when I raise it to standing height (easy peasy), I'm all set to use the tablet, or I swap with my keyboard on lower tier to type. It does take a little getting used to. As you can see from my photo, the lower tier is plenty wide for an extended keyboard and mouse or trackball.
Side note: I live in Hawaii and was considering buying a similar-sized Varidesk, but Varidesk wanted $250 to ship it to me! Luckily, I found this marvelous alternative and glad I did. I recently compared it to an actual Varidesk and found them basically the same. I do want to warn anyone under 5'4", though, like I am -- Unless you have a very high office chair, you might need a "booster" cushion to get you to the right ergonomic height while the EADR is at its lowest height. (which means you might also need a footrest.) I knew going in that it would put my monitor 6" from desk height, but wasn't really prepared for how I would have to crane my neck. Then, after a couple of weeks of using it, I realized I was sitting up straighter than I was before I got it, so I may not get a booster cushion after all.
I don't think you would be disappointed in this. The price is right and it's good looking, too.
Also, I did have one question before I bought and wrote to the manufacturer, and he got back to me within hours with the answer. I'm a happy customer.
