Top of table is nice, holds laptop well and feels nice to the touch. Unless you have a firm couch/seat or bed, this thing is going to be wobbling around if you’re moving or putting weight on it. I wouldn’t trust putting a drink in that flimsy holder near a laptop at all. The tilting is good but kind of a pain to adjust, along with the legs for height.
Overall, its ok. In my opinion, it could be $20 cheaper.
I don't think this was worth the price, but if you don't mind that or the fact that the book holder absolutely does NOT hold a textbook (it's basically useless and I have lost it since I received this desk because I couldn't use it) it really isn't a bad purchase. I do like it for when I'm sitting on my bed reading a book or using it as a food tray when I'm eating and studying at the same time (which is most days). Overall - if you can find the same thing at a cheaper price, I would recommend. Otherwise I would find a better product for this amount of money.
This laptop table was great quality and if I was using it on the bed, I would have definitely kept it. However, I am using it on a couch. When you try to move it farther away from you it won't go too far without falling off the couch. If you want a great laptop table for your bed, definitely purchase this one. If you are working on a couch, I would recommend the lap tray ones.
The texture IS NOT what the pictures make you believe! I'm very disappointed!
There is no way you can keep objects on the surface of the table at any inclination: they slip down inexorably! The actual texture is not as rough as the one shown in the pictures, and certainly not "anti slip" as the pictures make you believe! It is still kind of soft, but the friction is almost zero! If you are planning to use it with some level of inclination, be prepared to buy an extra anti slip pad for it.
On the good side all the rest is as advertised. It's expensive but the design and the overall quality is outstanding. It also looks like durable. It would be a 5 stars with the advertised texture!
Yes, this item wobbles and is not sturdy enough, there is also a tug to the small pull out tray, BUT it does get the job done and functions as it should. I do believe it is a smidge over-priced. The price should be readjusted to reflect the lack of sturdiness of the product's legs. Other than that a rating of 3 is suffice. **Based on "our" product received, even though the legs are unstable, there is no threat of breakage. Based on other reviews of this product and our personal experience, if you do not like feelings of wobbliness or flimsiness to a product, this item is not for you.
I love this laptop bed table as it lets me use my laptop in bed without it overheating. However, this table is not very sturdy. It shakes every time I type with is pretty annoying. If you are only planning on watching videos or TV shows on this table then its great, but if you are planning to type then look for a sturdier product or sit at a desk.
Though it serves its purpose, it's not worth $100. My wife made a joke as its a good fit for a student on a budget. l would estimate a fair price for this piece would be around 20-25 bucks only. I remember, last year around Christmas time, I had seen a similar laptop bed desk for $19.99 at Macy's. I might return this unit as I can probably find a better-looking unit for this price at any furniture shop.
Unfortunately, the plastic on the adjustable table top that holds the laptop stopper in place has a crack across it. I have no idea how this could have happened. Have only used it to hold a laptop OR, alternatively, a book and a plate of food. I purchased this a year ago and have only used it maybe 2 dozen times in the past year; Hardly every day. A few times a month at most. I wasn't expecting it to be like new or last forever, but since I don't use it on most days and never got the full use out of it (hadn't yet tried to use it as a stand-up desk yet - only used it in bed) this is disappointing. Until this happened, once you get over the fact that it looks like a hospital bed tray (definitely more about function than form), I was pleased with it. It was good enough and works and looks as described. The leather upgrades it a bit. Disappointing that the plastic cracked. Still functional right now, but noticeable.
This is definitely a very good accessory to have, especially in today's time where we are working remote and often like to sit on a couch or lay on the bed while working on our laptop. This table (X-Large size) provides good workbench to keep a laptop and mouse. There is enough space to rest your hands on the table and keep your laptop towards the opposite end and not closer to you. Although the product picture shows many items kept on the table, it isn't practical to have many such items while you are actually working on it. A laptop, mouse and may be a small notepad / book.......this is a more practical usage of this table. The adjustable heights and the adjustable table angels are good and useful.
Unfortunately the product that i received has problem with the height adjuster locks, and hence i had to return it to get replaced with a new product.
I am looking forward towards my replacement table.
