This item looks good except for the most important thing,, a brand new one LEAKS around the valve stem... and as far as I can tell, there is no way to service it... I could send it back, but seems there is no good choice... maybe the seller will contact me and they can send one that don't leak..

The gaskets they give does not prevent leaking like the description says. Like others have mentioned, it leaks.

Also, it moves which is such a bad design because your shower heads are constantly rotating. It should be stationary.

Can't recommend this product to anyone.

When handle is turned to shower head works as it should. When turned to shower wand setting, same amount of water comes out of shower head and wand. Isn’t truly diverting the water was it should. Might be defective?
