My son had an idea for Christmas ( yes I know it’s only March) . His sons who will be 9 and 11 stay with him ever alternate weekend. They love staying with Dad and as they are getting older they like to play on their Xbox with him in the lounge. He had an idea of tvs at the end of the beds to play their Xbox on to make their bedroom more special at his home. TBH we decided to get the tvs and stands now because we are due for enormous increases in utility bills and wanted to know we had the boys Christmas sorted. The tv stands came within two weeks which was in fact one week early. My son and I were very impressed with the quality of the metal and especially the clasp that would fit on a desk however fits really well on the metal frame of the beds . The reason he chose this particular stand was he wanted the tvs to be a certain height from the mattress. The only comment my son had was he felt the screws weren’t long enough for the tv plate so replaced those. Excellent tv stand Tvs can be folded back against the wall during the night
The first of these I purchased in Sep '20 and it was perfect. The second I purchased on 30 Dec '21 and it was unusable as the clamp could not be moved i.e. the screw thread was in some way binding with the bracket. Contacting Amazon customer support was fruitless as the only option offered was to return the item (to the USA) and order a new one and then wait almost 3 weeks for delivery. I contacted the manufacturer direct who are sending out a replacement clamp. 5* for the manufacturer, 0* for Amazon UK for being, frankly, useless and unwilling to meaningfully assist. There was simply no need to return the entire item; all that was needed was a replacement component.
Pros - ease of assembly & Extremely solid. Lots of adjustability - the included allen keys are a bonus, and the cable router/ allen key holder on the main post are a nice touch. This stand allows for plenty of room above my main monitor. I think I may buy another for a 2nd 27" above the 49" Samsung - The extra screens really help with what I do. I buy too much, and review too little, but 2 thumbs up on this product!
Must have if u want to mount a surplus monitor on top of a wide screen monitor. I've a Acer predator X34p 34 inch wide monitor... I have also side mounted my oldest AOC 22 inch monitor and had another surplus AOC 23 inch monitor... It was driving me crazy 2 not be able to use it... So in came this tall monitor mount... And as you can see my setup looks like a workstation now... Although I only use it for gaming... LOL... Its just amazing to have so much real estate available on a multi monitor setup... I have my system widgets running on the side monitor and have webpages loaded on the top... While playing games or youtubing on the main monitor in front... Thanks Vivo for these little goodies...sturdy construction
I have two monitors and wanted a stacked setup but one of the monitors I own is not VESA compatible which meant the normal dual monitor mounts would not work for me. This seemed like the next best option for me and I must say I was not disappointed.
Pros + Mount is sturdily built from quality materials + Cable management clips also double as storage for the Allen keys required to make adjustments to the mount so they are always accessible + Easy assembly + Highly adjustable so it's simple to position the monitor exactly where I want it
My only gripe is that this mount does not use a quick release bracket which makes mounting/unmounting a monitor difficult without an extra set of hands, although I managed to do it on my own. All in all, a great purchase if you need the extra tall pole.
I was looking for an screen arm for sit/stand desk and i need at least 15" move between the sit and stand position. I haven't find any sit/stand arm that do this kind of range and are not too expensive. i wanted to try a simple long pole where i can change the position of the screen easily. This is a good pole : sturdy, easy to move the screen (a few seconds) and easy to lock it in place (i really have no fear that the screen will stay in place) and i have no fear it could last years of intensive use.
However, i can't recommend it for sit/stand desk because of the joint in the middle of the pole so you can't easily move the screen from the bottom to the top : you are limited to half of the pole. In my case, the top of the screen can easily slide fr" above table (which is a bit too high for my sitting position) to about 36" above table (which is not so bad for my standing position but i really could use a couple more inches).
Also, a minor complain : with a 26" screen like mine, we can see that the pole bend a little bit when on top position. I'm not worried about it breaking but if i had the choice i wouln't use a long arm like this one, which just provide an unnecessary leverage effect.
I will probably try the Duronic 100cm pole with a simple head instead of this for my sit/stand desk. More expensive but should better fit my need and still way cheaper that a dedicated sit/stand arm.
Very sturdy and high quality. I'm so happy with this product. I only used the clamp and the clamp is very strong, it's very easy to assemble and it lifts my 32 inch smart tv like it's nothing. Good value for your money, I would recommend this one if you don't wanna drill holes into your walls. You just need a good table or desk for this one
