It worked for a few weeks. My printer is telling my computer that my ink levels need to be replaced. My printer tells me that I have full levels. Unable to print anything. I have taken each cartridge out, shook them and cleaned the outside of ink. Still nothing that changed.

UPDATE: I received a replacement cartridge. So far, I have printed using color on 2-3 occasions. So far, so good! Great customer service and quick response from seller.

I must of just gotten a bad cartridge. The quality of print is ok. The color ink prints lighter than the original. Also, my printer (HP deskjet) tells me it ran out and now it won’t print color. I have printed a couple pages with little color. So, there’s no way it ran out. Unless the cartridge I received was defective. I admit it’s a very good price; but, I guess there’s no telling if you’ll get good cartridges or not 😔 I bought it because it had great reviews but was disappointed with the color ink. Haven’t had any issues yet with the black ink.
Update (12/2019): The company reached out and sent me replacement cartridges since the color cartridge I initially received didn't work. They have great customer service. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use the replacement cartridges they sent yet; but, as soon as I do I will update my review. I WILL increase it to 4 stars (from 3) only because their customer service is very kind and they do try to fix any issue you might have. I appreciate that.
Update (6/2020): I finally used the replacement cartridges they sent me a while back (see previous updates). The black ink works fine but the quality of the color ink isn't good. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and have only printed 2 pages with color. The first page came out ok but the 2nd page printed badly. I will lower my review to 3 stars because the quality of the cartridges is still not good even after receiving new cartridges. If anything I would recommend just purchasing the black ink from them. The color ink cartridges aren't good.

I was really getting tired of paying more for ink cartridges than what new printers were selling for. I decided to try the "no-name" brand cartridges. I purchase from this company before and found that my printer accepted the "off" brand and discovered that the print quality, to me, looked no different than when using the name brand cartridges. So I have ordered them again!

I needed a black cartage for home given the current work from home situation so I bought the color and black at the same as I needed the black right away so a backup color made sense. WORSE PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE and that is saying something. If I could give it negative stars I would give it a negative 10 out a of negative 5 as it that bad. It measures the black levels, but the print quality is the worse I have ever seen. I have seen better printing when I had a dot-matrix printer 25 years ago. I tried to Align the cartilages than I tried to clean the Ink Cartridges and the did a deep clean and again I aligned....well overall I aligned 4 times and cleaned the cartridges 5 times and still can not read anything that is printing. All of this while it ate up the black and ate up my own name brand color cartridge so even if I get my money back from this order I will never be made whole as I out a few levels of color in my name brand HP cartilage. I am shocked at the reviews that are positive as this is plan JUNK that they are trying to pass off as a solid replacement. I would be better off if they would have been sold out as I would not wish this on my worse enemy as I worked on this for hours and burned through so much ink and paper. Every other cartridge that I have bought, even when I had refills only need one Alignment....NEVER NEEDED A CLEAN INK MODE......DO NOT BUY!!!!! If you want to toss money out the window go in the back yard and burn your money as it is less stressful than trying to work with these cartilages and would have cost me less given it ate up my color cartridge which I am now out of....TRUST ME AND RUN FROM THESE. Hope everyone is safe and healthy and DO NOT BUY THESE. I will post pictures when I can.....HORRIBLE!!!

Worked great for the first week. The color cartridge broke after a week and was leaking. Luckily I had a tiny bit left in my old cartridge to finish printing. The black ink is still going strong after plenty of prints 2 months later.If I wasn't so lazy I should have called about the color ink. For the price I would try again.
* Update Without even contacting them , The seller has Emailed an offered a refund or replacement due to my review . This is great customer service considering I never contacted them! Hopefully all goes well with the replacements. Ink is getting low so I will have an update on the ink replacements soon.Definitely a 5 stars for customer service!

Good value, although shameful feelings for using it

So, it's common knowledge and satirically stated that printer ink is the worlds most expensive fluid - exceeding oil in ounce for ounce pricing, lol. This remanufactured brand worked well after a bit of coercing with my printer (not the ink's fault). Immediately upon installing the cartridges, a pop-up message condescendingly warned me it had detected "counterfeit" cartridges. Almost as is if it was saying "How dare you try to pay a reasonable amount of money for printer ink instead of premium pricing envied by lesser commodities!". Basically, I had to "force" the printer to accept "non HP cartridges" against its better judgement. After that, I refreshed the printer utilities screen and it did display the status of the cartridges. I use the printer for mainly home use and our son's school needs and the quality is just fine. There were some remanufactured cartridges I tried in the past with poor results, but so far this brand is working well, so I'll stick with it. I'll update this with longevity results in a few months.
Update 7/29/21: I just replaced the black ink after getting approximately 8 months of low-volume printing (about 10-15 pages per month). Color ink is still above half. Works for me. I will re-order back-ups from the same manufacturer.

I bought these for a project I was working on for my sons birthday. When they finally arrived I put them into my printer and it gave me a code saying it didn’t recognize them. I took a picture of the code and I sent it to the company and I didn’t hear anything back from them specific to what I was saying. They did send me a useless and frustrating robo text reply after each time that I reached out to them for help. I ended up having to buy ink from the store down the street and I spent a lot more money but at least I was able to actually use them. These are a waste of time and money and also a lot of frustration. The company does not respond to requests for help in any way.

Absolute garbage. I mistakenly thought I was buying legit HP cartridges, but when these generics arrived, I figured I would give them a try. My printer absolutely refused to acknowledge them, giving me an error message of "these cartridges were not made for this printer". And then, when I attempted to remove them, they got stuck.

This really sucks, considering my daughter needs to print out school work, and now she can't. These shouldn't be available for sale on Amazon. I am absolutely demanding a refund.
