worst printer I have ever wasted money on. Wi-fi or "Air" printing capability it has listed for this model has never worked out of the box. When using the cable that came with it to print via usb, it STILL would only print items 20% of the time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I was really hesitant about buying this printer. I needed a laser printer to do foiled invitations, given that I never had one and this one didn't have any reviews, didn't make it easy, however, I'm very happy I went ahead and bought it, the print quality is great and most of all, I love how compact it is. I highly recommend this printer

Liked nothing! So many problems. Never got printer up and going so many problems. I threw it away. I had a person look at it and he laughter. Support # on front when you call not in english!!!! CALLED 4-5 TIMES every time it was sounded like chinese.

Really wanted to love this printer but I was unable to use it. Your computer needs to have the software driver installed so you can set up with wireless print capabilities and my computer cannot have any third party software installed due to the nature of my job. There is no app available for iPhone only android but if you are able to install the driver it does support AirPrint. I wish I had known these little technicalities prior to my purchase as to not waste money, time and energy u necessarily.

Never heard of this brand and honestly for a laser printer its great. However I tried buying an off brand toner twice and they did not work so save your self the aggravation buy pantums brand!

Great printer. I’ve seen other reviews that it wouldn’t hook up or talk to their computer. *When it shows to plug into the USB port, make sure you use the one on the side-like it shows on the instructions. It won’t work in the USB on the back. That may be their problem.

Iti's compact and wireless, once you get the wireless figured out. Have only printed a couple of things can't comment on the printed quality. Not real impressed. Couldn't get a response from support so spent several days getting it working on wireless. And working in general it would make the noise for a paper grab and then just stop. I won't send it back it's too late but I won't purchase another.

I didn’t have a lot to spend, so I took a chance with this unfamiliar manufacturer. Wow!!

Easiest setup imaginable. Superior print quality. So simple to operate.

Kudos to Pantum. Great quality at a friendly price!

Wireless Never Worked

Overall not a very good printer. Could not get wireless to work which was a critical feature since I needed to print in another room due to lack of space. Tried to get it working inches away. No go! Even on USB it was pitifully slow to start printing. When it did print, it was reasonably clear and fast. The documentation was very poor almost unintelligible and was inaccurate. First, I tried to get wireless started with the included CD. No go! Then I tried to get wireless to work using the online software. No go! Needless to say, I returned it for a name brand.
