Excellent item. Bigger than i imagined and very sturdy. Looks great along my wall and hides all my computer cables. Delivered extremely quickly from Germany (infact a whole week early). Really good value for money. Will defo be ordering more when needed. Dont think about it...just buy it...you wont regret it!!!!!
This is awesome. I did not even read the instructions and made the mistake of only putting one strip of mounting tape on the channels, and it still holding very well after 5 days. As opposed to industrial Velcro which was absolutely useless. I am using this on an 18 foot long desk/workstation that is 2 C-shaped desks plus an extra single 6 foot section. So I am using a lot of it. And it is holding a lot of wires. Probably more than you are supposed to :-) 3 full tower computers, 3 different printers, 4 microscopes, 2 security monitors, lights, scales, speakers, microphone. It is holding a lot of wires, and it is up to the task with only one strip of mounting tape on each piece of channel! :-)
For a long time, I've been trying to organize the wires coming out of the various places in and around my TV. Everything from HDMI cables connecting to tv boxes and gaming systems, to power cables. This was the perfect solution to achieve a neat entertainment space. The wire organizers are very large and can fit many wires, both thick and thin. The package comes with very sticky, double sided tape which allows the organizer to hold some weight.
The best way to setup the organizer is to first organize your wires on the various devices so they dont get tangled - do this by unplugging and replugging them back in neatly. Then, one by one, insert them into the organizer. Once all of the wires are contained, adhere the double sided tape to the back of the organizer and then stick it to whichever surface allows for the most convenient organization.
Using these underneath my sit stand desk and they work great. You can fit many cable in them and remove them easily. They stick well to my desk and can be cut if necessary. I would recommend these to anybody needing to cable manage their desk.
I wanted to improve cable management in my house, having a couple of computers and many video game consoles. I tried this product as well as Reusable Cable Straps Wire Ties. In the end, the ties were more useful for me.
I have 3 issues with this cable raceway : - it's fairly large so it's not that obvious to hide it behind table/desk legs - the space to enter the cables is too large so the cables tend to come out (depending on the configuration) - it uses glue (compared to wire ties, which uses velcro) so you can't easily relocate it
Was looking to cable manage and I'm pleasantly surprised at the product. It works as advertised and the setup was quick and easy. Make sure to apply good and sustain pressure for up to 20 seconds just in case you want to make use it sticks super well! Cutting the pieces down to a certain length requires powertool but does not fracture or crack when cutting. It's a thick plastic that works and I'll be buying and recommending it in the future!
Overall this is just a really great package and a fantastic way to finally clean up those wires that you've been wanting to hide!
PROS: - Very strong adhesion, the sticky tape is fantastic - Seems very durable, the plastic is strong and doesn't feel like its going to warp from weight - Installation is easy, and fast! Just slap two strips of tape on the back and stick it where you want. - Well packaged, each piece of tubing in the box is individually wrapped in plastic on the back to ensure you get a strong bond with the tape. - Six pieces give you a lot of flexibility and options for what and how to hide those wires.
CONS: - Honestly, no product is perfect but I can't really think of anything to put as a con here. It simply just works as you expect it to. Just ensure you give it the proper binding time (24 hours) before putting your wires in and you should have no problems!
