Now I can't even do a return or exchange.
There is no means for me to do that on this website.
I've contacted our local service agent for Logitech and they don't accept products that are purchased through an online platform.

Now, I'm left with a useless product which I paid for S$170/-.
This is bad. I should have bought from our local store like Challenger, etc.
