This is the one of the cheapest all purpose flour you can find. Though it costs much less than other brands, it is one of the most consistent in quality. I use it for all kind of bread, e.g. baguette, batard, pizza dough, enriched sandwich bread, cranberry walnut bread, etc.
The amount of protein in this all purpose flour is about 11% which is more than enough for any artisan bread, unless you want the extremes, you can go with the Prima Bread Flour which is about 13% protein.
