I work in a hospital and these pens are beyond helpful but to receive the item with the box ripped apart and repackaged the way it was, this should have been free. Pens are fine but can’t give this as a gift!!! Boooooo

Ok… the reason I’m giving them 3 star rating… so I ordered these 4- weeks ago. When I got the pens they weren’t packaged in their original packaging and they never sent me tracking info(pet peeve). Overall; the pens work, I did receive all 3, and I did receive them earlier than expected. Just wish they would have send them like on the pic and provided tracking info.

Out of three pens, with 4 colors each, there are too many inks that aren’t working well. For brand new pens, I shouldn’t have to scribble lots before getting the ink to work. Finally, when I got the colors working, they still didn’t work quite right. It’s almost like the ink is dry.
