I bought this product specifically because Amazon recommended it as the add on and I realized I needed one to hold the shower head up. So I bought it. It’s extremely difficult to tighten and the shower head moves around while on. I plan on returning and recommended you buy another type

I have a shower water softner and the shower arm mount cracked after 8 years. It has a standard fitting to attach to both the spout and the water softner. This mount was loose and as soon as the water was turned on, water was spraying from both connections - definitely not a universal fit. I ended up ordering a replacement part directly from the company to ensure a proper fit. I didn't want to waste time trying another mount and having to go through the same thing.

Everything is fine about this item, except it doesn't do what it is supposed to do, to hold a shower head. The opening is too small and the wand of a shower head doesn't fit in, just sits on top and keeps falling off endangering the user. I am about to try one more shower head with a very skinny wand. If this won't fit, I am returning the item.

Looks great... But... The weight of the removable shower head makes the swivel portion fall down.... I've tightened the swivel as much as I can without breaking it..... Falls down slowly.... In addition the description says it's universal.... Not so... My oxygenic
Removable shower head fits in the holder but not well.... I do not recommend this product

Delta hose does not fit the delta shower arm mount

Purchased this shower arm mount to get a match for the Delta stainless metal hose (U495D-SS60-PK).
The fitting on the end of the hose that goes into the opening in the shower arm mount is too large to fit it
correctly. Therefore the shower head falls out of it do to its weight. The weight issue is NOT the problem.
The problem is the opening is too small to work with the Delta hose. Hose is great ... 5 star. You would think that Delta would try their products that are supposed to fit together to insure this does not happen.

Thought I was purchasing a CHROME DELTA metal attachment. Misleading ad for this product. It is PLASTIC and not manufactured by DELTA as far as I can tell. It is NOT chrome as the title says. I expected a metal piece and figured it was an okay price for $10. But what I got is not worth the $10 I paid. It is also no adjustable. I will be returning it.
