I'm not sure how universal this item is. Overall it fit my shower hose but was not as easy to place and take out. It did connect well to main extension without leakage. However, it also broke my hose connector while turning the screw..so I guess I won't need this anymore.

I acquired this shower bracket alongside my new shower head 6 Function Luxury Handheld Shower Head - Adjustable High Pressure Rainfall Spray With Removable Hand Held Rain Showerhead For The Bathroom - Chrome . I really love the new shower head, and the shower arm mount does its job. I extremely like the way that the nut that associates with the supply line is made of metal.

I used this to replace one that I bought from Lowe's that had a plastic nut and it had popped and ever since I had been managing a shower that had a little hole splashing out of the nut. Being so busy and had only little time and patience to shop for a replacement, I put up with just using this cracked bracket for a long time that it had become a pain in the ***. I could not believe I endured that.

One day, I've had enough! But still unable to spare time to go to a hardware, I was contented with just browsing the internet until my fingertips brought me to this seller. At first, I was really skeptical but since I really wanted something new I thought I should at least give it a try given the many positive reviews and I am glad I did. This product was as delineated excellent quality material. The Venetian Bronze color matched precisely the alternative fixtures in my toilet. I definitely would purchase from this company again in the future.

Good but not strong enough

This was super easy to install, honestly great value! Delta makes quality products. Not completely metal, but sturdy anyways. Unfortunately, our shower head is too heavy for the arm to properly support. Basically when we try to adjust it upwards to a different angle it just falls back down. Our shower head is made of metal instead of plastic so it is much heavier than standard shower heads. Even when we went out looking at various shower bars to test if they could hold up, most didn't. The only brand we found where the mount on the bar could hold up the shower head was actually Moen. Ended up replacing this with a shower bar, but would be great for a lighter shower head.

I am delighted to have found a replacement for the equivalent part for my April Shower handheld filter unit; the old one had started to leak (internally; not at the connections), and I thought I was going to have to replace the entire unit. So I'm psyched that this exists at all.

It's unfortunate to my mind that it's made of plastic, but I wonder if there is a reason for that, since so many comparable things are.

It does not quite fit the handle of the April Shower unit, which has a slight taper and is a smidge too wide on the handle end. But... it's way better than getting all the spray I was getting, so overall I'm happy with this.

This is a little on the small side, but I can't really complain due to the low price. Bought it to replace a Waterpik mount, and it's alright. The head sticks up about an eighth of an inch more than it's supposed to, but it's much better than not having a mount at all.

As other reviewers mentioned, not exactly the "stainless steel" component in the description, but I already knew that due to previous reviewers-- thank you! I could also see how it could crack during installation.

Still, it fit fine, and, if done with care, can be secured well enough between the shower faucet and head without leakage--though I did need to insert an extra O-ring from my old mount arm.

We've had it in place several months, and there's no sign of trouble thus far, though we don't really adjust it much. I suppose it's decent enough for the price-- extra star for affordability-- but I would've paid a bit more for better construction.

Fine Shower Arm Mount However...

It is a fine shower arm mount. However it was not strong enough to hold up and not rotate forward the FlowTec Handheld Low Flow Filter Shower Head-High Pressure Massage showerhead where this shower arm mount was advertised in the "Frequently Bought Together". I did use it for this showerhead however the showerhead did rotate down. I am looking for a better solution. However, this showerhead holder may work for a lighter handheld. The FlowTec has the filter beads in the hand holder therefore it is heavier than your standard hand held.
