Very easy to install, works, no leaks. Completely metal, seems sturdy? There is supposed to be a 90 degree field of motion, with a little stop piece to keep it from turning too far. However, It is easy to push on it too hard and pop it out of that. Easy enough to pop back in place, and it still doesn't leak, but I wonder if it will fail sooner or later because of this? So far so good, and most of the time my family remembers not to push it too hard one way or the other.

This product is well made. Solid and heavy. I only give 3 stars because of 2 reasons: 1) all the screw threads are fixed. So, you have very limited control on where your turning switch position it. Mine is set on the left side, in order to set at this position, I cannot completed tighten the diverter, otherwise the switch will be facing the ceiling. Fortunately, with extra Teflon tape, it was ok not completely tight and not leaking. 2) It does reduce water flow quite a bit. If you are using the high flow shower head (mine is 2.5 gpm), you can easily tell the difference.

Solid quality piece, but doesn't allow the same flow of water thru it. There was a drop in water flow after installing this unit. The shower head was still usable and decent pressure, but wasn't the great water pressure I was used to having. I ended up removing it after a week. A plus from this is if you are looking to save water or reduce the pressure of your existing shower head a bit, this would be perfect, but it didn't work well for me.

Wrapped with Teflon tape, this provides an excellent switch between two water outputs. Water pressure where I am was not good enough to run it out both outputs, but it will shift from one to the other at ratio (10/90%, 40/60%, etc.) The biggest downfall of it is the handle; I change the output frequently, and that handle can be hard to find, especially with soap in my eyes. Otherwise I would have given it 4 stars.

Caution: this valve is not reversible. you must install it for the right direction of flow, or it will not work. I found out the hard way and had to call the plumber back to turn the valve the other way, which of course required different fittings and greater spacing out from the wall where it was used on a shower head with a long arm. You have been warned. Otherwise, it works fine and looks nice etc.

The set screw on the selector knob came lose after about 4 weeks of once per day use. Really? No thread-lock being used when these are assembled? Really? My install is easy enough that I can take this down to attempt to correct the problem but other people might not be in the same position. Disappointing on what should be a rugged and easy to use part.
