I got not complai about the v002, it fill well on the bracket and it's sturdy. You save alot of spaces with that mount. I got some issues with the v002f (the one with a base). There was a missing black plastic head of one of the screw for the vesa plate. Also you need to make a counter weight with the arm or your mount will fall in front of you and you'll broke your monitor. The las complaint about the v002f it's that I'm not able to correct the gap between my two identical monitor. Theres is a place where you can adjust those but the gap is so bigger that I can't correct it totally.

If you don't bother two much for having a gap between two identical monitor, you can go for it or else it will tease and bother you ... Maybe I got the same probleme with the v002 (the one with C-bracket) but I got two differents brand of monitor and they are centered without any adjustment ... I don't know what it will do If I put same brand monitor.

The installation process is easy. The product is sturdy.
After installation it is very difficult to adjust the position of the monitors because the nuts and bolts are hidden and make difficult to access. On top of that the nuts are too tight, it requires a lot of force to secure in a awkward position which make monitors crooked from set positions.
Also the tilt mechanism is not accurate and stable, and the rotation mechanism is not secured.
The product is functional but not aesthetic. With the same price if the designer pays more attention to details, it will be more desirable.

It worked with some quirks. Took about 20 mins to get both monitors setup. Everything was in the box. I used the clamp method provided, so no drilling of any hole in the desk.
The quirks :
1) One of the screws on the stand was so tight, needed WD40 to get it loose enough to adjust.
2) The arms are at the same height. So if the monitors are diff brands with the VESA mounts at diff heights, they may not be exactly at the same height. For my setup one was about a inch lower than the other.
3) The handle for the bolt to attach the stand to the desk is very large so you need at least 2 inch space at the back of your desk otherwise there will be no space for the handle to tighten the stand to the desk.
4) Annoying using diff size of screws provided so there are three different allen keys provided.

Simply put, if you pay $49.99 for a dual monitor stand, expect to get a $49.99 product.

Not a complaint, but if you don't want to have to use an Allen Key for every change you make to your screen position, you should spend a little more and get a different dual stand.

I'm at day 4, and I'm still having a bit of an issue finding the right position, that's a little bit on me for being a perfectionist and a little bit on the product for being a bit of a pain in the ass to configure. One of the screws which tightens the monitor to the dual stand, has actually stripped off and none of my allen keys seem to fit it, so one of my monitors is slightly slanted.

So all in all, if you're on a budget. YES, get it. Essentially, it does what it's supposed to do. Just wish it didnt require tools for any screen positioning.

Uneven arms

As someone else has already pointed out, the arms are not even. It is unclear why this seems to be the result once the monitors are mounted, because without monitors on the arms it appears as if everything is level. In my case, I have two exactly identical monitors, and without a doubt the one on the right sits about an inch higher than the one on the left. As they are older, and have wide bezels anyhow, and as my particular usage doesn't call for them being precisely aligned, it isn't a major issue. However, I can see no mechanical reason for this flaw. So, if having the monitors precisely level with each other is your goal, then you need to look for a different mounting system.

If you have two monitors 27" and want the a true sturdy mount with decent articulation.

Spend twice as much and get two of the 32" single arm units from Vivo, you can even get them with extra tall posts for higher height settings of needed.

They are built twice as sturdy as this and still inexpensive.

I bought this duel unit for my brothers setup. Was so impressed I ordered another duel mount for mine to replace an expensive kanto duel mount.

I was hesitant and after receiving it I didn't even open it, returned it and ordered two single arms for up to 32".. Cost twice as much but was still cheaper then the Kanto (by about $40-70) and does the job better then anything on the market for the money if all you need is true sturdiness.

Having isolated mounts for each monitor makes it much easier to adjust. Vivo... You made a real good product, but you also one upped yourself.

My monitors are BenQ PD2500Q (each weighs 4.43kg without its stand - when you use the mount)

This was my first time trying a monitor mount, maybe I expected it to be more sturdy? My monitor seems to shake every time my desk is nudged even a bit. That wasn't a big deal, but the main issue is that they never stay positioned properly in terms of height. Take a look at the image and you'll see what I mean, it's gotten frustrating having to occasionally grab the wrench and line them up again. They always seem to move down over time, I also wish this mount could place the monitors higher in terms of max height. The piece that holds the Allen keys also gets weighed down and slips down the rod instead of staying in place.

It's held up my two 25" monitors fairly well otherwise in the past 2 yrs of use. If you have two identical monitors and want them to stay lined up, I'd pass on this.

Sturdy but not fully motion

The device was easy and quick to assemble. And parts were as described. Had to look at the online tutorial for a small part(the sticker pad application), which I didn't quickly grasp from the instructions.
The monitors were very easy to mount and I really liked the cable management which was extensive and had my setup looking quite clean, the best I've had so far.

Unfortunately, The pin to adjust height to even out the monitors was insufficient (1-inch), these would work best if your monitors were the same type. Mine were the same size but different types so the VESA placement was a bit different causing a height disparity that couldn't be adjusted with this setup.
I also wish some of the motions were a bit smoother as one would either be too tight or too loose, so I made several adjustments with the Allen key to get things solid but the results felt unsatisfactory.
I would personally only suggest this if you had a mostly fixed setup.

I eventually returned this as it didn't suit my needs but I think it would do well for someone else with a fairly standard and stable setup and yes that cable management is on point.

It lets me use double monitors which is a plus, it was inexpensive, and assembly was straight forward but there is a major shortcoming. Not enough vertical adjustment. One fully up and one fully down, there is still over an inch difference between the monitor heights; isn’t there a standard for distance between the VESA mount and display?

If you want to pivot your 27” monitors inward this is not for you. I was hoping this would hold a central monitor and also a monitor on the right pivoted to me. I bought a single use stand for the left monitor. But the arms don’t extend long enough to accomplish this. I also needed one monitor a bit higher than the other because they are slightly different sizes. This also can’t do that.

If you want your 27” monitors to be side by side at the exact same height then this would work for you.
