Had previously bought similar products from this vendor with good results. However, this one purchased in September failed rather quickly. At first the adjustment for changing the shower setting stopped staying in position (would not 'click') and then water started coming out from around the edges of the shower head. Would have been willing to try another but the customer support is non-existent. Called the number multiple times with no one answering and trying emailing customer support with no response back.

It's early and I don't much feel like typing out a short story so let me just tell you what the problem is.

I'm on my 2nd shower head after returning the first for the exact same issue so I'm assuming this isn't just a rare occurance.

After about 3 weeks of use the leds will start to flash and about a week later the shower head will, out of absolutely nowhere, start making an insanely loud high pitched scream. This sound will come and go, it will occur sometimes immediately, sometimes 10 minutes after being turned on, and sometimes not at all but it WILL continue to happen seemingly at random and will be loud enough to hear from across the house when the bathroom door is closed.

When this sound is about 4 inches from your head and you've just barely woken up it will get very oldvery fast.

Do not buy, trust me.

It’s now way too late to return or get refund so now I’m stuck with a crappy loud product. At least the lights still work I suppose

Item was made cheap parts were cracked not happy. Had to go out a buy another at store. I dont know if it can be returned it should not worth my money. When trying to screw it striped very upset. My nabor a plumber would not touch it said it was junk. Sorry don’t buy need a major refund. Zero rating… could nit submit with rate so had to give a one star but really should be No Star Rate I was upset when this was wrote. I may of gotten a bad one but I was told it could not be returned or given credit. I was never given any credit but I may purchase again someday. If it happens again they will be high on my list. I hope I do get a refund.

I buy this item 2 weeks ago, and it not working good already. The light in the shower head that suppose to change to different color when the heat changes it work like that for one week after one week it stay's on a flashing red and won't change to any other color, and the worst thing it start make a funny noise, the good thing is that the water still flow ok which is why i keep it.

As others have noted, it leaks. This is my second purchase of this product. The first lasted 2.5 years before giving out. That one lost sensitivity to the temperature controlled lighted as time passed and in the end had an internal component stick and thus get stuck between two settings.
This new purchase immediately leaks from the head. Specifically around the lighted band that circles the head. The leak is significant and takes away from the overall water pressure.

Worked well at first. A bit loud but the lights are nice not just for the ambiance but to let you know your shower is up to your preferred temperature. However, after 6 months the lights started to only work intermittently and now they have given up all together. On top of no lights, the head keeps making a high pitched pulsing noise which eliminates it's utility as even a basic shower head.
