You wont get a new one even if you paid for new. Amazon puts returns straight back in stock, so even of you think you’re getting new you’ll most likely be receiving a non working return. Our first the light didn’t work and it leaked. You could tell it was returned as there were finger prints all over it. Our second had water marks all over it and the box was damaged as though previously opened. This hasn’t leaked yet but the lights strobe and flicker and it makes a loud whining noise. I’d return if it wasn’t such a pain in the backside, which I imagine is what they count on. Save your money and look for better quality and maybe something outside of Amazon so you’re less likely to have to run through a ton of returns to get what you paid for.

We got this as a Christmas gift. Installed Christmas Day. After about 2 weeks it started a high pitch whistle while in use, but only off and on. For the last 3-4 days, the whistle is louder and constant. It’s less than 2 months old! When I inquired with Amazon, they shut me down immediately. Looks like maybe they know it’s garbage. I will buy from Home Depot. They will stand behind their product.

Like many others in the comments section I really enjoyed this product at first. It worked great, had great water pressure, and the led’s were awesome! However, after about a year it’s started making this horrible screeching sound. It was gradual at first but now is almost constant and very annoying. I called the vendor Interlink and spoke to a very rude and unhelpful representative. They said since it only had a 1 year warranty there was nothing they could do, even after I explained the issue did not arise until after the year mark. Unless you want to buy a new replacement each year DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Re - Rating this product to one star because the horrible noise that many others complained about. Only a bit after a year happened. Sorry but I don't want to buy a shower head every year. I'll recommend you to use something without the led mechanism, it will be quieter from day one and will last years as expected. I also have led in the faucets and they broke too. This made in China stuff is absolute crap. Beautiful until it lasted.

I love it! I gave it four stars because the plastic materials deteriorate rather quickly. I think I could get a decent three years out this product. To me is enough. This product offers a very nice light. We love it!

This showerhead seemed like such a cool idea. Unfortunately, the showerhead made a loud humming noise when the water was turned on. I called the companies customer service 3 times. Left a message 3 times. I got no call back so the item is being returned. The shipping and return postage is on them. If all of their showerheads are faulty then I can't imagine how they can stay business. Thank goodness for Amazon making their 3rd party resellers have an easy return policy.

So my initial reaction and first using of this shower head was cool. At the time it would have gotten a 4 star. Fast forward a little bit and now its a 1 star.

Slight annoyance with the tiny generator inside that powers the unit. U actually get used to it after a while. But the major turnoff now is that when it gets hot and lights red it makes a loud high pitch sound from the generator inside. The red lights fade a little. But as soon as u turn the heat down it goes green and the high pitch goes away. Not very good
