Poor craftsmanship, needed powertools to assemble due to none of the screws screing in.

Regardless if you try using the gromet setup or regular setup none of the screws would screw in as supposed to. I had to use my power tools in order to make the screws work with the filets. Also the attachment point between the screen and the arm cannot be tightened , once max tightened it sits loose unless you shim it with some cardboartd or something. VERY dissapointing Save yourself the headache and get a Huano or ANY other brand.

Monitor Arm BENDS like CRAZY

When I first set this product up, I noticed The pole was a little bit slanted, but I just ignored it because I thought maybe there was something wrong with my assembly. But I’ve tried reassembling it many times and over the past couple months, the pole kept bending more and more! 3 months after usage, its almost 30 degrees off from a vertical axis and I wouldn’t be surprised if one day the whole pole just gives in and breaks! My monitors only 10 lbs, how frustrating. I Would recommend you buy something of higher quality if you don’t want this happening to you.

Sleeve is too big for the pole ... useless

I assembled the stand according to the instructions. The sleeve that fits over the pole is too big. Even when the screw is tightened as much as possible, the arm holding the monitor moves up and down. Not much use buying this one.

Impossible to use. The unit arrived and it's impossible to follow even the FIRST step in the instructions as they drilled to far and you cannot screw the parts together... Very disappointed.

One of the cheap screws that is provided with this product broke inside of my PC monitor while I was screwing it in. I had to buy a new PC monitor because it was impossible to get the broken screw out.

Does not hold up my monitor. The part that attaches the arm to the pole is too lose. It just keeps sliding down. Saw a lot of good reviews and a high rating so I decided to get it, but the one I received was terrible.
