The first of these I purchased in Sep '20 and it was perfect. The second I purchased on 30 Dec '21 and it was unusable as the clamp could not be moved i.e. the screw thread was in some way binding with the bracket. Contacting Amazon customer support was fruitless as the only option offered was to return the item (to the USA) and order a new one and then wait almost 3 weeks for delivery. I contacted the manufacturer direct who are sending out a replacement clamp. 5* for the manufacturer, 0* for Amazon UK for being, frankly, useless and unwilling to meaningfully assist. There was simply no need to return the entire item; all that was needed was a replacement component.

The desk clamp is huge. Can be a good thing. Not for the desk I had to modify....

Other models have its resting position centered on its post. This one leaves a big gap if you need it right against a wall.

The 360 swivel is not a good idea. Be aware. Resetting positions takes longer because of this...

Ended up going with another mount.

Probably will work for most people. The arms are fairly steady

Can't assemble it using Grommet mount

I wanted to install it using grommet mount. 2nd step in, it asks me to remove the top bolt from the clamp. It doesn't have enough room to fit a screwdriver in to remove the bolt and if you use the hole at the top of the clamp to access the bolt you won't have a good grip and potentially stripping the bolt. I reached out to VIVO and they sent me the hand bolt, which took 10 business days. Once installed, its fairly sturdy with my 34 inch ultra wide 15 lbs monitor.

Pros:
1. The body feels very rigid and the surface finish is very smooth.
2. The Allen keys necessary for assembling are included.
3. The power cable and HDMI wires from monitor can be easily organized with the included cable clips

Cons:
1. The item I received has noticeable scratches on the pole surface which looks like it's a used/returned unit being sent to me. The rest of the parts are fine so I didn't bother replacing the item. (one star deducted)
2. The mount is not detachable to make the monitor mounting process easier like it's brother item. (another star deducted)

I had a tough time fitting this product to my desk - not really the product's fault there, more because of some oddities of my desk. However, once I had it set up, it would not stay level. Swiveling the monitor even a tiny bit caused the entire thing to lean over. Shifting the monitor back made it lean the other way. I had the clamp tightened up but it did not want to stay stable.

Does the job, but very annoying to install, you have to MOUNT the monitor on the arm first, (unlike in other VIVO models where you have a mounting plate that is separate from the the arm and allows you to put the monitor on the arm after the arm was assembled on the pole.

My product came with a few scratches with the base, but Amazon was great in compensating it for me. However, there is a slight bend with the arm for my 27” monitor. It’s subtle but definitely noticeable. Other than that, it should still hold my monitor well.

It’s definitely overhyped in my opinion.

I had to Dremel a few screw holes or whatever they were out of the base so the shaft could twist in completely. Dunno what that was about. Once I got that out of the way it was fine.

For a 32" screen, it does not stand right, even if you tighten the best you can without breaking your desk. So works well for smaller monitors but 32" it starting to be heavy

The monitor mount is very good don't get my headline wrong. The reason I ain't that satisfied, it is because I purchased a "New" product, but they have shipped me a returned item, when it is clearly mentioned new on the product page. That is the reason of my dissatisfaction.

But the product is still very good.
