The only reason I'm having to buy these pans, is because of my son-in-law. He has ruined my other pans by NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. These are the rules with any non-stick pan that you want to KEEP non-stick. 1) No high heat! These pans work exceedingly well at low and medium. Even pre-heating these pans on high will warp the metal and damage the non-stick coating. 2)HAND WASH ONLY! Automatic dishwasher detergents have caustic agents in them that will damage certain metals and will ruin non-stick coatings. 3) NO SPRAYS! Things like Pam have a propellent in them that will also damage the non-stick coating. 4) NO COLD WATER ON A HOT PAN! Who does that? I've seen him take a sizzling hot pan and run cold water right out of the faucet on it. Really? I'm sure that he does that to get the grease out, while the pan is still hot. But, doing so will warp the metal and ruin the non-stick coating. 5) NO METAL UTENSILS! Again, who does that? I've seen metal spoons, ladles, forks, spatulas and even KNIVES used on my pans. Don't do that. Just.....DON'T.

Calphalon brand pans are some of the best on the market and will last YEARS if they are treated with care and respect. I have a full set of Calphalon pots and pans. I am very pleased with them and have full confidence that everything I cook in them is going to turn out great. Good purchase. Five stars.

I really like this pot. So far I've done a soup, a goulash, I've even done scrambled eggs in it. It heats up nice and even, and is super easy to clean up. I love the built in strainer on the lid. It makes it so much easier to drain noodles or vegies. A great feature to have. I highly recommend this pot. I'm already looking to buy more from this line.

Llegaron 3 días antes de lo esperado, estoy En México City, super bien empacados y protegidos. Son de excelente calidad pesan, sin llegar a ser estorbosos. Si preparas alimentos sin aceite llegan a adherirse un poco pero con el paso de la cocción comienzan a despegarse solos. Si lo usas con cantidades pequeñas de aceite son una maravilla, nada se les pega. Hay que ser cuidadoso al lavarlos y no someterlos a choques de temperatura para mayor durabilidad del teflón. Excelente producto, altamente recomendado.

This pot is great! I love the lid when cooking pasta or veggies.

We have booked and deep fried food in this pot and it's great, no issues with burning or crap sticking to the bottom. Definitely a must buy.

The one issue is my wife has trouble lifting it when it's full due to the weight of the pot alone.wish it was a bit lighter for her, but the quality is great overall

Cooking a LOT during quarantine and discovered a that our nonstick pans were just a little too small for our family (kids are M16 and F14). This 5qt lidded pan is perfect for everything. The nonstick surface works really well and cleans up really well. Only thing I can’t comment on is the nonstick durability but we are taking every precaution to protect it. I know the shortcomings of nonstick surfaces so I’d be satisfied if we can get a year of use. Keeping my fingers crossed! (For reference we have been very satisfied with All Clad products but they’re very pricey. We’ve been terribly disappointed in Gotham and Henckels nonstick products.)

I think it's a different non-stick technology compared to the Tfal. But other than that the pans are great, they are still non-stick, just don't expect to fry an egg with zero oil. And that's fine for me, because I know Tfal's have a lot of chemicals. I'd rather have some oil on my eggs than chemicals.

The high sides really cut back on grease splatters & the front handle is really convenient when moving the pan about. Comes with a good quality clear lid which really helps in reducing cooking times.
