Bought this to replace a similar setup for two bathrooms. The led only works on the bottom head. The wand has no led. Also, the diverter only works two way so you can’t use both at the same time. For the same price, you can get the same thing with those features included. I should have read the fine print & taken a closer look at the photos, I suppose. It certainly isn’t obvious this set lacks features.

The larger shower head on one of the units I purchased is loose and floppy. The sets feel quite cheap & I would question their ability to last more than a couple years. As they are brand new, these heads all seem to have a decent enough spray. These are going back though.

So this is the 2nd time I fell into this trap with this product. 3 Years ago I purchased it only to realize it did not live up to expectations, and I ended up throwing it away and purchasing from another company. Sadly I needed to replace the replacement unit because it became impossible to clean (even soaking in vinegar)... Now it looks like I just cost myself $60.00 for nothing again to toss this in the trash.

Problems:

1: Only the main shower head has LED, the hand held does not come with LED.

2: Only the main shower head OR hand held head can be active at any time, not both.

Many other units available on Amazon have LED in BOTH, and allow you to choose one, or both to work at the same time.

Truly disappointed, and pissed at myself for not realizing this was the same brand I had issues with 3 years ago. Ended up i n the trash 3 years ago.. and will be a repeat with this unit. Poor design, poor implementation. Promises more than can be delivered.

Very cheap shower head. Super cool the lights but it doesn't work all the time. Sometimes light go off or doesn't even turn on. Cant use shower head and hose simultaneously. Not much water pressure.

The light makes an annoying whistling sound that wasn't that noticeable at first but getting worse. The light will go in and out making a loud screeching sound. I would switch back to my old shower head but my husband got rid of it already. The removable hand held is perfectly fine. Also, if you're looking for a dual head where water comes out of both at the same time... This isn't doesn't do that. That's my fault for not making sure that was in the product description.

I love the multi functions!!!!
However the product I recieved seems to be defective as the LED in the detachable shower head do not work and the lights in the base shower head flicker when changing water pressure from one head to the other or sharing pressure. Hose is excellent quality however the showerheads feel plasticky and flimsy.
I dont think this item is worth $50. But maybe I would feel differently if I hadn't spent so much to get one with broken LED :/
