I wanted a waterproof eye liner for my lower eye lid and this does work very well but when it comes to taking it off, it will not budge. I use a good makeup remover but still can't get part of it off so the next day I have raccoon eyes. Had to stop using the product. If it could be removed with makeup remover, it would be perfect.

Inexpensive eyeliner that works well for me. It goes on smooth and is easy to use. It isn't perfectly smudgeproof or waterproof but does the job for the majority of the day. It comes off fairly easy with soap and water. I haven't found anything better at this price point and will continue to buy this eyeliner.
