Best Scratch Resistant Non-Stick Pan

I've been using this pan almost every day for about 4 months now (pretty well-seasoned). And I have to say that this is one of my best pan purchases ever. Certain stickier notorious ingredients might still stick (if you don't use enough oil or burn it). BUT, compared to other non-stick pans that I've had – cleaning is a breeze. I've used steel wool (but I try not to mostly) to get rid of some over burnt crusty sauces (my fault), and it doesn't scratch the surface at all! Clean it with soap after that, re-season it with oil and you're as good as new! Pancakes still slip right off after using this pan for 4 months.

Just received this today.
Even though instructions claim it comes "pre-seasoned" i still went ahead and gave it a normal seasoning process with canola oil on medium for 3-5 mins, let it cool and wipe it out with paper towel.

A few hours later i decided to cook some burgers in it which went very well.
I did notice that the grease tends to pool off to the sides meaning the bottom is NOT perfectly flat; however for what i will be using it for thats actually better. For some users that might create problems though.
My 'CONCERN" is that after cleaning it from cooking, i noticed the bottom is already starting to darken which i do not believe should be happening when used on an induction burner set NO higher than medium. IF it keeps getting darker, then i will contact seller to see whats going on.

UPDATE DAY 2:
Went to fry some eggs this morning. OMG what a disaster... since the bottom is NOT flat inside, the eggs moved to the outside edges of the pan. Have you ever tried to flip eggs over when they at the sides of a pan... NOT an enjoyable process as they just fell apart. So i had to quickly add some milk and scramble them. That was not good either cause then they stuck a lot to the bottom of pan. ( And at my age i certainly know how to fry some eggs !!! )

Reaching out to seller on these issues, but high chance i wont be keeping this....
will update after seller responds.

Excellent product but mine didn't have a lid which is now, currently, offered by the seller. To me, it's gigantic (11'') so be aware of that - good for stir-fry (but a wok is better). It looks and feels beautiful but it is too large for omelettes and fried egg....

I bought this to replace a Tefal pan that had warped so much only a tiny part of it was on the glass topped hob when in use. So far it has proven to be an excellent product. It took me a little time to get used to the heat distribution, it gets very hot, and you don't need it to be on the highest ring setting. The handle is comfortable to use, and very stable. The only downside is the cleaning, now that I am used to the heat of the pan, I don't burn as much as I did before, so cleaning is easier, but it is tough to get burned on onion out off the rough surface. It also stays hot a long time, because the bottom of the pan is quite thick, so when cooking you need to take the food out of the pan when done, rather than leaving it in the pan. Unless you allow for the extra cooking time. It is all a learning process. I do recommend this pan, and would definitely buy another one. I did actually buy a smaller pan to go with it, after buying this one and liking it.

This pan is more work than I though it would be. You have to take care of it almost like it's a cast iron pan (it will not rust however). Make sure to put oil on it after you wash it (everytime) to keep it non sticky. Advertisement says it can go in the dishwasher, but it has to be a low temperature dishwasher (which I never use). I still gave 4 stars because it's really good for cooking. Temperature is distributed evenly, food is nicely grilled, it's nice to make gravy sauce in it because it's deep. I will keep using it but would have liked it to be less maintenance.

Maintaining the pan is important for it to retain it's non-stick capabilities. After a little over a year, I noticed I had to use more and more oil to keep food from sticking, and eventually, I stopped doing the maintenance routine. If I'm putting that much effort into maintaining a pan, I might as well do it to a cast iron skillet.

Overall, the pan is still the main one I use for all my cooking and for the price, I think I got enough value out of it. It still looks good, but medium heat was enough to get it to start browning over time insetad of retaining it's signature silver look.
