This could be a great shower head but it's really let down by the low flow water restriction. More about this shower head.
* Hand set only. No connecting hose or cradle included. That said is was a straight swap with my existing waterpik handheld shower head. Just unscrewed the old one from the hose and screwed this one on. Not a perfect fit in the cradle but it works.
* All plastic construction. Not sure what else one would expect at this price point though.
* Chrome finish. Looks good out of the box, we'll see how it holds up.
* Shower modes. Rain shower, jet one, and jet 2. I had a hard time distinguishing the difference between the two jet modes, "Intense rain" and "pulsing rain". My preference is rain mode anyway.
* Low flow is the worst. Rain mode is really weak.
* Selector mode button works but due to the low flow water pressure, it takes about 10 seconds for the previous nozzles to fully turn off after selecting a new shower mode.

This is a nice looking shower head but the low flow restriction really hurts this shower head. It compromises the selector button functionality and really detracts for the "rain" setting.

I was somewhat disappointed- for the cost, I expected to be wowed! This left me wanting more bang for my buck! The different modes were nice, but the spray was EXTREMELY soft. I like washing my hair in the shower, and this doesn't spray with enough force to remove the soap. If you want a soft, gentle spray- this is the showerhead for you. If you need something to deeply hit and relax muscles after a long day... you may not be satisfied.
