I like this for what it is. The only things I didn't like are
1. The laptop slides around. If there was a texture on the spot where the computer sits, it would be a massive improvement.
2. I find it's not wide enough. I feel like I'm trying to work with my elbows touching lol and I usually find that I am constantly (unconsciously) am using everything around this desk to use my mouse on.
It serves its purpose though and doesn't feel cheap.

All in all, I'm happy with this purchase. I use it literally daily, for hours at a time and it's served me well. I've had it for almost a year now, and one thing I will note is that I've never been able to use this directly on my lap. Despite the fact that it has two cushions filled with microbeads, it never felt comfortable enough. In addition to that, it felt too low. So, I've always put a pillow on my lap first and then the laptop desk on top of the pillow. No big deal, just worth mentioning, it's my only qualm. Other than that, I think the mousepad area is a decent size. However, if you are purchasing this with the hopes to use it to game, I could see you needing a bigger surface area. For casual and work-related use though, it's perfect. The whole lap desk is very lightweight and I can see if being easy to take on the go, but I've only ever used mine at home. Giving this four stars because I can't use it as is, it requires a pillow underneath to be comfortable to use. Also, the microbead cushion is definitely less plump than it was when I first got it, it's lost it's fullness.

lap desk looks as advertised. it's definitely "doing the job" after unpacking it three minutes ago. i found the mouse pad area slightly 'sticks' w/my mouse atop it but am hopeful this will lessen with time. i'll need to order something to place beneath my wrist for comfort. this is a good look. i reco this product.

It is a great desk. Only reason didn't give 4 stars is if I move a little to readjust position sometimes my apple mouse will slide off. Also because of the fabric that is used probably to prevent mouse from sliding also doesn't work great with padding when scrolling. Luckily use the pad on laptop a lot more.

Like many of us I too work from home. It became such a hassle to always sit at my desk for 8 hours especially when you’re not feeling well. This product is not only sturdy enough to be placed on either your lap or on your bed. The color is gorgeous and not too loud. The back pillow has enough cushion support to be soft yet stay in place. The mouse pad also allows you to use your mouse effectively with the traditional rubber pad. My only down sides are there is no cup holder and the phone slot does not really hold my iPhone 14 properly. Would I buy again.. yes. Am I mad at the product and price… no not at all. Still a great investment for an alternative. Did I mention you can even hand the desk on a hook.

Only issue I found was that the mouse pad isn't glued down all the way. Nothing that one can't fix themselves. Just a mile annoyance. Past that it's what was advertised to a T.

The only flaw is sometimes it's hard to to find the right balance on your lap. If you center the desk then the left side with the laptop is heavy and puts too much pressure on your left leg. If you center the laptop then the mousepad is hanging off your lap and makes it less stable.
