Killing the earth with cheap, low quality crap that lasts less than 2 months

I miss the old days when shower hoses lasted years before breaking are not consumables that lasts less than 2 months. I bought this in Oct 2022 to replace another shower hose that lasted less than six months. By the end of Nov 2022 water is leaking heavily from one end. I won't even accept a replacement since the quality will be the same. The amount of material wasted on these crappy products must be staggering and I wonder how the manufacturers feel about sending out these defective products to pollute the earth everyday.

The hose was very flexible and nice looking. It worked great for a few weeks then suddenly started leaking in several spots along the entire length of the hose. Completely puzzled as to why it happened. I sent it back because luckily this occurred before the return window had closed.

I bought this because the OEM hose was leaking due to a split in the hose after a couple of years or so. This replacement hose only lasted 3 months before it split and leaked.

I do not recommend. We have only had this shower head for a little over a month and a bit. First the hose detached and my boyfriend fixed it. Then the propeller popped off while having a shower. Tonight the whole head exploded and broke into pieces and it was a close call to the face as it was in the above head shower position. The shower pressure was great, other than that disappointed with this item and would like to proceed with a refund. I have pictures of the damaged item. How do we go about getting a refund?

I purchased this shower hose and less than 6 months later it began to leak. It was not the connections leaking. It was the hose itself. I took it to Ace Hardware to get some help with it and they said I just needed to buy a new one. I'm sticking with Delta; they give a lifetime warranty with no questions asked.
