Quality is good. Doesn't work when handle moved to sprayer

I have bought 2 of these so far and I thought the first one was just maybe a fluke defect. The quality was so good, I decided to give it another chance and purchase a replacement. Neither of them worked. I move the handle to the "Sprayer" function and nothing. The shower head works, but nothing from sprayer when handle is moved to select. When it's in the middle, they both come on. If this company has any idea how to fix this, please let me know, but I'm returning the 2ND one I bought. Sorry, but I tried.

So far, this is a quality product. All the reviews stating it has a restriction built in are not correct in stating the water is restricted. All, all of these types of diverters have what appears to be a restriction but it is not. Every brand (check local brick fronts) are of similar design and this is no exception. I would recommend this brand to family and friends.

Not sure what purpose this adapter is supposed to serve. It does not tighten firmly but instead stays loose and is able to turn around 360 degrees where it connects to the fixture. This mean that multiple shower heads are not held in place properly but instead spin around. What? This is a great example of the kind of item better purchased in person at a hardware store.

Unlike stated in the FAQ, there is flow constriction in this valve. The 'main' side is constricted down to 2 'pea' size holes.

The seller conveniently left off photo's that would provide visibility into the valve itself where this is quite obvious.
