It does what it says yes, but at a cost. In order to give a faster jet of water, the individual jets are so fine that you can hardly feel them, and the water is cold before it contacts you. That’s the choice you get. You can’t have it all. Personally I prefer a body of water that is hot and makes an impact. Slightly larger holes would do the trick. Less of a mist.
