Part was broken up. Messy and all over entire order. Tried to return for replacement but price had gone up so I wasnt even given option for replacement of same product/color. Guess I'll just have to buy again. I do love the cream and sugar colors though.

If elf or any cosmetic company sends thier products they need to take better care of thier shippments . I bought the elf eyeshadow and like most comments on here mind was damaged as well . Very disappointed .

Arrived a powdery mess. One of the shadows in the quad was completely gone. The glittery shadow that was no longer in the quad was in the shipping bag, and all over the case. However the case itself, was not broken and was taped shut on one side. It’s unusable.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I opened my package, reached in, and my hand was covered in eye shadow. The entire palette was in the packaging. It was broken even with the wrapping still on it. I immediately threw it away. It was not salvageable. I should not be surprised, based on other comments, but I am very disappointed. I even cancelled my order for other palettes that hadn’t shipped yet.
