Both times the eyeshadow came broken. I've ordered eyeshadow several times on Amazon and surprisingly never had any problems. This one wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap, it was just in a regular amazon bag/package. They were quick to deliver a replacement, but it was even worse.

Now, a while back I did buy the ROSE WATER one and I do like it, but I would give that 3-3.5 stars. I love the color scheme and the price of course, but it didn't really show on me or stand out. I know it's more neutral and not as bold, but really It was too easy to just blend it away. Swatches were great, performance wasn't. It's still good and I would still continue to try other shades.

I put my hand in the box and it came out shimmery! The eyeshadow had gone everywhere, was all over my other purchases. It was only one colour, the shimmer that was broken, the rest were fine. I fixed the shimmer the best I could with some hand sanitiser, so it’s alright, I can still use it. Just a shame really. Despite that it’s a lovely palette, the perfect size and great pigment!

These colors are very pretty. However, when I try to apply them, it's a lot of work to get any color on a brush or sponge applicator. Then it takes a lot of rubbing to get the colors on your lids. Exhausting!

I love Elf products and I have got a lot of products the problem is is the pallette isn't that strong and unfortunately when it arrived at my address it was smashed up and managed to save 2 of the colours while the other 2 totally smashed... my only advice was to the company if they read this is try bubble wrapping them so that when they get pushed through the Letter Box they don't shatter...
