I wish the part you connect to the shower head line was more durable. The shower head keeps falling, like the ball the controls the movement of the shower head is not strong enough to hold the weight of the shower head and the shower head is not that heavy.

I love the water pressure this shower head delivers. the only problem is that the plastic is not very durable. I dropped it once and it cracked pretty bad. glued it and it lasted a few more months. had to replace it within a year

I purchased this to soften my extremely hard water. It looked pretty solid in the photos.

Pros: it was easy to install and maintained excellent water pressure

Cons: this item is CHEAP! It does not come with a holder to sit it in. It is made of CHEAP plastic. The entire shower head is plastic. Not a lick of metal. It felt fragile and I was afraid that I would break it if it were to fall or while changing the water settings. This item did not come with instructions on how to install nor about what I does or how it works. I would trust this hard southern water than I'd sooner trust these sketchy stones in this Chinese made shower head. I will be returning

I purchased 1 of these awhile back and loved it so I ordered another and it was good. I had to replace so ordered again and something is different about this 1, it’s not the same. I gave the 1st order 5 stars but have to give this 1 3 stars because it works it’s just not as good.

It didn’t increase water pressure in the shower at all. The metal insert it comes with clogged up immediately, and wouldn’t spray correctly, and ever since I put the plastic insert in, the spray functions don’t work. They all just spray one way.

Everything is included for an easy installation (except for scissors to cut the included Teflon tape). The included wrench is handy to remove your old showerhead and is necessary to install this one, as explained in the accompanying video.

The problem is that it's difficult to lock into any of the seven settings, and frequently water dribbles down the showerhead even when you do.
