Eye surgery left me with terrible bruising under my eye and cheek. This compact provides some coverage when lightly tapping on the different colors to blend and smooth it out. The formula settles into my pores and small eye wrinkles, and up close looks like dried plaster on my face. From afar the overall look of the bruising is improved. Moisturizer before application solves the dryness factor, but I need to reapply the foundation combo bc adhesion isn't as possible on top of face cream. I also tried this on a bruise on my daughters knee and it really had the same effect. I may be asking too much of this product, but even using it to cover tiny spider veins my skin looked discolored and drew more attention to the area.

Colour Name: Concealer

I was really looking forward to trying this concealer kit- as it looked to have some darker tones for contouring. The compact itself is very nice, shuts easily and has a mirror- would be nice for my purse for touch ups. The problem I have found with it is the colors are very light. In the summer, my face has a bit of color from the sun. All of the colors in the pallet are lighter than my skin. If you have medium to dark skin tones, this is not for you. Maybe by winter I can get some use. The product itself is creamy and glides on easy with my makeup applicator sponge.
